Add fingerstyle guitar, even beginner learning at it! It’s helped getting through the vietnam war when i was stationed there for a year!
The reason is because you can learn it and you don’t even need to have teacher because of YouTube! Plus if you are even a loner you can learn solo guitar and record and set up a cheap recording process and really get thrilled.
The guitar has really helped me get through most difficulties of life!!!
And with all the different styles it can add SO much inspiration and positivity like the wonderful teacher expressed!
