Dancing Australian hurdler demonstrates FLOW

19-year-old Michelle Jenneke is quite possibly the world’s most beloved Track athlete right now. If not the world’s, then certainly the web’s.

The Australian junior hurdler had a stellar performance at the AAF World Junior Championships last weekend in Barcelona, but it’s not her hurdling skills that have people talking -- it’s her unique warmup routine.
