Barbara Fredrickson, Boston University's 2009-2010 Templeton Fellow, is the Kenan Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Author of the book Positivity, she delivers a lecture titled Using Positivity to Bounce Back from Inevitable Setbacks, one of the final three lectures in the public component of the Danielsen Institute's Religious and Psychological Well-being Project.
Her lecture focuses on positive emotions as the fundamental ingredient in allowing people to be resilient and bounce back from adversity.
